Hayden Christensen keeps everybody Awake

Girls hold your breath, Hayden Christensen is sick, not for real but in his latest movie Awake. His character Clay got anesthetic awareness, a rare kind of illness caused by inefficient amount of anaesthesia placed in the body during operating procedures. That makes a patient aware but the body is paralyzed. Leading the film, he is with Jessica Alba, Terrence Howard and Lena Olin. The movie will be available in theaters November 30.

Marked for his earth-shattering glance and heart-melting smile, Hayden started as a tv actor in Canadian television via Family Passions. Then comes his breakthrough in America in Fox Family's Higher Ground as sexually molested turned drug dependent Scott Barringer. After his numerous stints in tv and films, this sexy actor got his pot of gold, the coveted role of Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Apart from this success, he also appeared in critically-acclaimed movie Shattered Glass earning him a nod in various award-giving bodies.

This time, we can see more of his acting prowess in the movies lined up for the coming year. For instance, there's Virgin Territory which is based on Decameron, a novel written by Giovanni Boccaccio that stars Mischa Barton and Tim Roth. Another one is sci-fi drama Jumper along with Samuel L. Jackson and Diane Lane. Aside from this, he will produce the war-drama Beast of Bataan which came from the novel A Trial of Generals that features the notorious account of Bataan's Death March. He may seemed busy these days but he still manage everything including his lady love Rachel Bilson.

another challenging role for Hayden. . he and Jessica visited Bellevue hospitaland spent time with the little children, bringing them christmas cheer while filming Awake.
